THE 3 PHASES OF F3 FIT

  • In this first phase of F3 Fit, you will learn about all the components of your program.  Your goal will be mapped out and your personalized fitness program will be created.

  • Once you have reached this phase of F3 you have started to see the effects of your hard work.  Measurements will be taken every 3-4 weeks to track progress.

  • In the third phase of F3, you have realized your fitness goal.  It is up to you if you want to create a new goal beyond what you have accomplished already.

Nutrition

Sticking to a healthy diet is half the battle of reaching your fitness goal.  F3 will provide customized meal plans that will be easy to follow and will allow you to have a better understanding of what your body needs to change for the better.

Cardio

Cardio is necessary to increase your calories burned, strengthen heart, and reduce stress levels. A cardio program will be devised based on what the individual is working towards.  You will know when to progress the intensity levels, change type of cardio, and when to add or decrease time spent doing cardio.  This will help you maximize your results and increase your calories burned.

Resistance

Strengthening and toning muscles will amplify your ability to burn fat, increase bone density, and boost your metabolism.  Your goal will determine what type of structured resistance training regimen will be made.  Many types of strength training techniques will be incorporated into these regimens. (Free weights, Cables, Tubing, Balance Training, Core Strengthening, etc.)

Supplementation

When used properly, supplements can play a huge role in reaching your fitness goal.  You will be educated on which supplements are going to benefit you the most.  Enhance your performance, decrease recovery time, and improve overall health with the right vitamins and supplements.
